1. No Return or Refund for Virtual Products or Online Services

There is no return or refund for any type of virtual products, online services, appointment bookings, tickets, or other intangible items.

2. Replacement Policy for Physical Products

Poonam Textile by Poonam Textiles offers a replacement only if the product received is damaged or defective. Please contact us at textilespoonam2@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of receiving your order to request a replacement. We will provide you with a shipping address to return the product. Once we receive the returned product, a replacement will be dispatched promptly.

3. No Exchanges for Wrong Items Ordered

We do not exchange products if the customer has ordered the wrong item. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.

4. Color Display Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be accurate. The brightness, contrast, and resolution of your screen may cause the product's color to appear slightly different from its actual color.

5. Return/Exchange Limitations

Returns or exchanges will not be applicable in the following scenarios:

• The product is disliked by the customer.
• The customer has ordered a wrong product.

6. Conditions for Replacement or Refund

To be eligible for a free replacement or refund, the following conditions must be met:

• An authenticated unboxing video must be provided to support the claim.
• No replacement claim will be accepted without an unboxing video.

Free replacements or refunds can be requested if:

• The item received is physically damaged (must be proven with an unboxing video).
• The item received has missing parts or accessories (must be proven with an unboxing video).
• The item received is different from the description on the product detail page.
• The item received is defective or does not work properly (must be proven with an unboxing video).

7. Replacement or Refund Request Timeline

You have 3 calendar days from the date you receive the product to request a replacement or refund.

8. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original method of payment within 24 working hours of approval.
